Terms of Service

1. Our services

The Lab Vitality Club offers mentor-supervised strength, mobility and wellness training designed mainly for adults 50 and over, at our Bella Vista and Costa del Este locations in Panama City. This includes, among others: physical and body composition assessments, metabolic assessments, personalized training programs, nutrition guidance and the free assessment for prospective members.

2. Eligibility

Our services are for people 18 or older. By using them, you confirm you are at least 18.

3. Health notice

Our services are training and wellness services, not medical services. Our mentors are not physicians or physical therapists, and nothing we offer is medical diagnosis or treatment. Talk to your doctor before starting an exercise program, especially if you have health conditions, injuries or chronic pain. By taking part, you acknowledge that:

• Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury
• You take part voluntarily
• You have told our team about any condition, injury or limitation you know of
• You will tell your mentor right away if you feel pain, discomfort or any reaction during a session

4. Free assessment

The free assessment booked on this site is subject to availability. Booking it does not oblige you to buy any program. We may change or withdraw this offer at any time.

5. Programs, prices and payments

The terms of each program (price, payment method, length, guarantee, cancellation and make-up sessions) are set out in writing in the agreement you sign when you join. If these Terms and that agreement differ, the agreement prevails for your program.

6. Use of the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not damage it or interfere with how it works, try to access it without authorization, scrape data with automated tools, or copy or distribute its content without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The text, images, videos, logos, the name “The Lab Vitality Club” and the design of the site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

8. Information you submit

By submitting a form or booking, you confirm the information is accurate and you authorize the processing of your data and contact by phone call, WhatsApp or email under our Privacy Policy.

9. Results

The testimonials, reviews and results we show are individual experiences and are not guaranteed. Results depend on your starting point, consistency and other factors. Any program guarantee applies only under the written terms of the agreement you sign.

10. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites (for example, Google or Instagram). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by Panamanian law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Panama City, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.

13. Changes

We may change these Terms. We will post changes on this page with a new update date.
