The Lab Vitality Club operates in Panama through two companies: TNT TRAINING, S.A. (Bella Vista location) and THE LAB, S.A. (Costa del Este location). Depending on the location you choose or are served at, that company (“The Lab Vitality Club” or “we”) is the controller of the personal data you give us on this site and at the location. This policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights, under Panama’s Law 81 of March 26, 2019 on Personal Data Protection and its regulation, Executive Decree 285 of May 28, 2021. If this English version and the Spanish version differ, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Data we collect

1.1 Data you give us

When you book an assessment, take the Vitality test, ask us to call you or message us, we may collect:

First and last name
Mobile number and email address
Age range
Your test answers (mobility, strength, sleep, habits, energy and goals)
The location, day and time you choose for your assessment

Test answers may reveal information related to your physical condition. We use them only to prepare your assessment and your report, and only the team that serves you sees them.

1.2 Data collected automatically

When you visit the site or interact with our ads, the following is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies:

IP address and approximate location
Browser and device type
Pages you visit, time on each and where you came from
Ad interactions (clicks, conversions)

2. Why we use your data

To schedule, confirm and prepare your free assessment
To contact you by phone call, WhatsApp or email about your request, your assessment and our services
To send you your Vitality report
To measure and improve our ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google
To understand how the site is used and improve it
To comply with legal obligations

We process your data on the basis of the prior, informed and unequivocal consent you give when you submit a form or book, and to carry out the relationship you request. You can withdraw your consent at any time (section 6).

3. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us operate, under confidentiality obligations:

GoHighLevel: appointment scheduling, CRM, calls and messages.
Google: Workspace and Sheets (request log), Google Analytics 4 (site analytics).
Meta: the Meta Pixel and Conversions API measure our ad results. When you submit a form we may share your email and phone with Meta in hashed form, to measure campaigns and avoid duplicate counts.
Slack: internal alerts to our team when a new request arrives.
Netlify and GitHub: site hosting.

We may also disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.

4. Transfers outside Panama

Several of these providers store data on servers outside Panama, mainly in the United States. By submitting a form or booking, you consent to that transfer for the purposes described in this policy. We choose providers that apply recognized security measures.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies so the site works, analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel). You can delete or block them in your browser settings; some site features may stop working. You can also limit personalized ads in Meta ad settings and Google ad settings.

6. Your rights

Under Law 81 of 2019 you may at any time exercise your rights of:

Access: know what data we hold about you, where it came from and why we use it.
Rectification: correct inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data.
Cancellation: ask us to delete your data.
Objection: object to a given use or withdraw your consent.
Portability: receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used format.

To exercise them, write to the email or WhatsApp in section 11 with your name and your request. We will answer within the time limits set by law. To stop receiving messages quickly, reply “STOP” to any WhatsApp message. If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you may contact Panama’s National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).

7. Retention

We keep your data as long as it is needed for the purposes in this policy or as required by law. After that we delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure; if an incident affecting your data occurs, we will act as the law requires.

9. Minors

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we detect any, we delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post changes on this page with a new update date.
